Our postpartum group is available as a resource for mamas who have just recently entered the parenting realm. In the last few years, we’ve come to realize the need for community in this raw and real stage of parenting. This group is designed to be a peer-lead space for mamas to get together and support one another as they navigate their new tiny humans.

In this workshop, Alona will give you all the basics around how to replenish your body after childbirth while promoting healing, as well as nutrition for breastfeeding. This workshop is recommended for mamas at any stage in pregnancy to help them prepare for what we call the 4th trimester.
